Style-wise, this metal desk/shelf clock is attractive, unisex, and can blend into most decors. Take into account the rotating triangular display panel, however, and it becomes the subtle center of attention.

Again, it’s not the product as much as it’s being just a little left of center. On the functional side, this note cube pad is conveniently compact and features self-adhesive, repositionable leaves. Nothing that amazing, except that it’s also likely the first note cube to picture the Mona Lisa with a spiked hairdo on reverse side.

This variation looks kind of like a translucent cigar – robusto size – with a bumpy soft-rubber band dead-center. This pocket flashlight is made of translucent plastic with soft rubber inserts. So are others. It’s roughly the size of a matchbook Again, so are others. This one, though, also features an LED so bright you find yourself looking at its size again. It has a life of 100,000 hours and comes with two lithium batteries.

All put together, it’s kind of a neat-looking little snap-together plastic model. Unconstructed, however, it’s a promotional piece that can be mailed in a standard #10 envelope. Using 2-D to send a client 3-D. Ya gotta love it.

Yeah, it’s unquestionably edging toward the strange side. No argument there at all. Still, how could you not like something as completely out-there as a claw hammer with a leopard-spotted handle and adorned with a mini feather boa? Displayable kitsch just doesn’t get any better.
