Though they’re not all that common, illuminated pens have been around almost 20 years. The “Neoglo,” however, takes the basic idea into the 21st century. Ultimately, it’s a high-quality, refillable ballpoint. But push a button and, thanks to a super-bright LED bulb, it lights up in cool, neon like colors. The pen bodies are available in eight different shades, and the lights can be had in red, blue or green. It operates on three LR44 batteries (included) and comes gift-boxed. Imprinting can be done on the barrel or colored portion.
